When will my order ship?

• The processing time for shipment of each order is 1-3 business days. 

How long will it take to get my order?

• Domestic orders will take approximately 4-7 business days for delivery. 

• Delivery details will be provided in your order confirmation email.

How can I track my order?

• We will email an online tracking number when  your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

• We currently only offer shipping within the United States through our website.

What shipping carriers do you use?

• We use major carriers, local courier partners, as well as offer local delivery. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do you accept exchanges/returns?

• If you do need to return/exchange an order, we’re more than happy to help. 

• Exchanges and returns are possible up to 30 days after the date of receipt of the product. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

• All items, especially soap, must be in their original packaging. 

• Purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees. 

How can I exchange/return a product?

• Products must be returned in their packaging and in original unworn and unused condition. 

Can I get my product personalized?

It depends on the product.

Returns & Exchanges

DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase

postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date received for a full refund or exchange.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
